Other clarifications of natural product delivery procedure

Deliveries are always made after telephone communication and confirmation with the recipient for receipt. In case of absence of the recipient, we contact the sender for further information.

Products can vary depending on the season and availability. If there are no flowers (or any other product such as pot, vase, base, etc.) or the color of the flower you have chosen is exhausted, then it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value. If this change significantly changes the image of the product you ordered, we will contact you to inform you and ask for your consent for the processing of your order.

In case the recipient does not accept to receive his flowers, no refund will be given. However you can pick up your order from our headquarters or by phone with you, to deliver it to a new address - charging extra shipping if needed.

In case the recipient is absent despite the telephone consultation that always precedes for the delivery time, the order is returned to our store. You are informed by phone and either you receive the product yourself from our headquarters, or your order is sent again (after a new consultation with the recipient) and you are charged the extra shipping costs that arise.

After contacting the recipient, we can book the delivery time. Return of non-defective artificial products - Right of unjustified withdrawal by the customer

The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:

  • This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition . The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged to the store for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
  • The withdrawal statement is exercised in writing or electronically and the store is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of withdrawal statement as soon as it arrives.
  • The consumer must return the product (s) within 14 days from the day he notified the store of his request for withdrawal, in accordance with the terms of this paragraph.
  • Following the withdrawal statement, the store is obliged to return the price received within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the products.

Transportation of returned products

In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will be charged the immediate cost of returning the products. The return of the returned products will be possible only from the address that you had stated from the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing.

If the carrier / courier considers that the receipt of the products from the place you indicate, may cause damage to your property, he will inform you orally and will record it in the receipt form. You can instruct the cooperating transport company / courier to collect the products despite this instruction, however we will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused to your property or goods as the collection of the products will be done with due care and attention. . You agree to give the partner all the products you wish to return, including all parts and components that make them up. Upon receipt of the returned products by the carrier you will sign a receipt form to certify that the delivery to the carrier has taken place. The receipt form will be given to you by the cooperating carrier / courier.

If you are not able to be present at the reception of the goods from the place, you can appoint a representative who will undertake this process on your behalf. This representative should be an adult and able to oversee the receipt of your products on your behalf.

Return of value of returned products

Product returns, which are considered defective upon delivery

The return of the products, which are considered defective upon delivery (DOA) will be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from their delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must have all the original documents that accompanied the product (eg VAT, Retail, etc.) and its complete packaging. In these cases the following applies:

  • The product is received and checked to determine the defect reported by the CUSTOMER. Provided that they have been previously received and checked by the store, the item will be replaced with a similar new one or in case of unavailability with another new product of similar quality and price, otherwise in case the customer does not want a replacement, it will be done either refund of the original purchase to the customer. The refund is made in the same way as the customer's initial payment to the store. The customer has the right to request the repair of the product.
